Manu Nellutla

Ergonomics Consultant

Manu Nellutla is an Ergonomics and Human Factors professional. He is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist (CCPE) with a diverse educational background, holding post-graduate degrees in Physiotherapy, Education, Ergonomics, and Business Administration. Manu has held various leadership positions, including CEO at Actsafe Safety Association.  He is also a Certified Scrum Master and a CMHA Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor. 

Manu is an active member of the Association of Canadian Ergonomists (ACE) and served as the ACE BC-Yukon Regional President in 2021 and 2022. He has spoken at TEDx events and is involved in various professional and not-for-profit organizations including sitting on various Boards of Directors. In 2020, Manu was recognized with Regional Outstanding Excellence Award by CSSE for his contribution to the safety profession.

Manu's favourite aspect of being involved in ergonomics is the opportunity to apply systems perspective and to approach occupational safety differently. He sees Ergonomics being utilized in every industry while applying the systems theory in various projects, safety, and processes. His expertise and contributions have made him a highly respected figure in the field of ergonomics.
